This class serves those who are no longer a fit for the intermediate level class. This class is by instructor invitation only. Work together with your child as you practice different activities such as walking on a beam, throwing rings, forward and backward rolls, wall walkers, jumps, bear crawls and so much more. High School Off-Season Gymnastics Training Grades 7-12
** High School Off-Season Summer Training Grades 7-12 ** April 2 @ 8:00 am Registration (Wait List) | April 17 at 11:59 pm Online (Wait List Closes) For these practices you must be able to: go over the vault table without spot, go to the high bar without help, and complete a front tuck and round off backhand spring on floor. You must also be willing to participate in all events, drills and stations with a good attitude. No prorated amounts will be allowed. Additional information will be noted on the BAND app. Please reach out to: cegymnastics@biglakeschools.org to receive these notifications regarding our Off Season Gymnastics Training Classes. Links for registrations will be made available on BAND. NOTE: This will not be confirmation of enrollment into a section, but a spot on the waiting list. You will receive notification from Amy if your gymnast can be enrolled in the class section. Your card will not be charged until you have received email from our CE office. If your card does not process, your gymnast is not enrolled in this class. -
PRE-TEAM Gymnastics Ages 4.5-7 yrs - Pre-Approval Needed
Big Lake Pre-Team June-Aug, 2026 ""Please contact Amy or Lanny at: cegymnastics@biglakeschools.org"" This group is for ages 4.5-7 and is invite only based on coaches recommendation. Recommendations are based on continued participation in Community Ed classes, love for gymnastics, strength, flexibility, skill level and need for a challenge and commitment beyond their current class. We invite children to participate on the pre-team for a predetermined time frame based on the time of year. At the close of that time frame we recommend whether the student should continue on pre-team, move to a community education class or on to the Xcel competition team. A credit card will be saved on file for monthly fee of $69, or you may choose to pay in full $207 - June 1, July 1 and Aug 1. Pre-Team will practice on Mondays 5:30-7pm.
