For these classes you must be able to: go over the vault table without spot, go to the high bar without help, and complete a front tuck and round off backhand spring on floor. You must also be willing to participate in all events, drills and stations with a good attitude. No prorated amounts will be allowed. Big Lake Pre-Team Sept-May, 2027 "Please contact Amy or Lanny at: cegymnastics@biglakeschools.org" This group is for ages 4.5-7 and is invite only based on coaches recommendation. Recommendations are based on continued participation in Community Ed classes, love for gymnastics, strength, flexibility, skill level and need for a challenge and commitment beyond their current class. We invite children to participate on the pre-team for a predetermined time frame based on the time of year. At the close of that time frame we recommend whether the student should continue on pre-team, move to a community education class or on to the Xcel competition team. A credit card will be saved on file for monthly fee of $75. Fridays Sept. 11-Nov. 13 meet 6-7:30 pm | Times will be updated for Winter/Spring practices follow BAND app for details.
