Julie Anderson, Personal Trainer, will provide you a personalized introduction to the Fitness Center, guiding you through an overview of equipment and demonstrating proper usage and techniques. If you chose, she can also provide a body fat analysis and help you set personalized fitness goals. Once you get registered, Julie will schedule a time to meet that works in your schedule.
